Morgan City finances in the black

MORGAN CITY, La. (AP) - The city returned to a surplus in 2010 after registering deficits in 2008 and 2009, an audit of Morgan City's finances shows.
The Daily Review reported the city achieved a surplus of $770,000 in 2010 after deficits of $3.2 million in 2008 and $2.2 million in 2009.
