Morgan city Daily Arrest Report

The following persons were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning 11/08/2013:

1. Troy A. Mack, 49 years of age, Address-Braithwaite,La. was arrested on 11/08/2013 @ 10:33pm
Charge: Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated, Open Container in a Motor Vehicle; Driving with a Suspended Drivers License; Switched License Plate
Officers were dispatched to a disturbance at a local lounge. Officers arrived as bystanders pointed out a vehicle attempting to leave the scene.
Officers detained the vehicle and the driver, Troy Mack. According to witnesses, Mack became involved in a disturbance with a female outside the lounge.
The subject Mack, was found to be operating a motor vehicle with switched license plate and a suspended drivers license. He was also found to possess an open container of alcoholic beverage inside his vehicle. He was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration. He was released after posting a cash bond.

2. Calie E. Anslem, 23 years of age, Address-Cottonwood St. Morgan City, Louisiana was arrested on 11/08/2013 @ 11:12pm
Charge: Warrant: Failure to Appear for Drug Court-Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute
Officers responded to a complaint at a Cottonwood Apartment and came into contact with Calie E. Anslem who was found to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear for Drug Court. She was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where she was booked and remains incarcerated with a bond of $100,000.

3. Donald Ray Davis, 25 years of age, Address-Diane Lane Patterson, Louisiana was arrested on 11/09/2013 @ 1:56am
Charge: Driving While Intoxicated; Improper Lane Usage; Open Container in a Motor Vehicle
A patrolling officer observed a vehicle being driven in an erratic manner in the area of La. Highway 182 in Morgan City. The vehicle was stopped and the driver identified as Donald Davis. Davis exhibited signs of intoxication and was given a field sobriety test in which he did poorly. He was also found to possess an open container of alcoholic beverage inside his vehicle. He was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he submitted to an Intoxilyzer 5000 test. The results of that test indicated that Davis had a Blood Alcohol Concentration of .140g%. He was booked and incarcerated with a bond of $10, 379.00.

4. Jason J. Blanchard, 26 years of age, Address-Tiffany Drive Patterson, Louisiana was arrested on 11/09/2013 @ 4:13a
Charge: Appearing in Public Intoxicated; Remaining on Premises after being Forbidden
An officer was summoned to a Highway 182 restaurant in regards to a subject refusing to leave the premises. Officers arrived to find the subject, Jason Blanchard
passed out and sleeping at a table. He was detained by officers and given a chance to leave the premises on his own but refused. He continued to cause a disturbance and was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.

5. Myles K. Morgan, 26 years of age, Address-Front St. Morgan City, Louisiana was arrested on 11/09/2013 @ 9:24pm
Charge: Attempted Aggravated Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling; Appearing in Public Intoxicated; Resisting an Officer
Officers received a complaint of a subject attempting to break into a Sixth Street residence. Officers arrived to find a subject, Myles Morgan standing in the front yard of the residence holding a brick and screaming. Officers order the subject to drop the brick which he complied. He was detained and immediately began to threaten responding officers. He resisted officers and had to be physically restrained and placed in the rear of a police unit. Officers learned in their investigation that Morgan knocked on the residence and demanded money. When the occupants refused, the subject reportedly grabbed a brick and attempted to batter the door to gain entry into the residence, while shouting threats to the occupants. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and remains incarcerated.

6. Antonu Aphora Evans, 40 years of age, Address-Houston, Texas was arrested on 11/09/2013 @ 11:52pm
Charge: Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated
Officers were summoned to a Highway 182 fast food restaurant in regards to subject who had fallen asleep while operating a vehicle in the drive thru lane of the establishment. Officers arrived and found the driver, Antonu Evans asleep behind the wheel of his vehicle, which was still in drive and engine running. Officers detained Evans and found he exhibited signs of intoxication. The subject, Evans was given a field sobriety test in which he did poorly on. He was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was given an Intoxilyzer 5000 test which indicated a blood alcohol concentration of .144g%. He was booked and incarcerated.

7. Christian Olmeda, 38 years of age, Address-Chennault Street Morgan City, Louisiana was arrested on 11/10/2013 @ 4:40am
Charge: Operating a Vehicle while Intoxciated; No Drivers License; Open Container of Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle, Misrepresentation during booking.
Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Martin Luther King and Highway 182 in regards to a subject sleeping behind the wheel of his vehicle. Officers arrived and discovered a subject, who identified himself as Othon Valdez asleep behind the wheel of his vehicle which was still running. The subject was found to possess open containers of alcohol inside his vehicle. He submitted to a field sobriety test in which he did poorly on. He was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he submitted to an Intoxilyzer 5000 test results being .177g%. The subjects true identity was also learned. He was booked and incarcerated.

8. Jerry A. Boyer, 69 years of age, Address-Fourth Street Morgan City, Louisiana was arrested on 11102013 @ 10:08am
Charge: Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated
Officers responded to a complaint of an intoxicated person at a local supermarket. The subject was located and identified as Jerry Boyer. Boyer appeared highly intoxicated. He was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.

9. Christopher A. Moses, 17 years of age, Address- Eagle Drive Thibodaux, La. was arrested on 11/10/2013 @ 3:35pm
Charge: Disturbing the Peace, Simple Battery
Officers received a call in regards to a disturbance near Clothilde Street in Morgan City. Officers arrived and located Christopher Moses and a female subject
who witnesses indicated were in a verbal altercation. According to witnesses, the subject Moses struck the female in the disturbance. Moses was arrested and
transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.

10. Shauntell N. Hartdegen, 30 years of age, Address-Highway 182 in Morgan City was arrested on 11/11/2013 @ 3:07am
Charge: Operating a Vehicle with a Suspended Drivers License; Warrant-Patterson P.D. Speeding and No Drivers License
A patrolling officer observed a vehicle being driven by Shauntell Hartdegen whom the officer was aware was driving under suspension. The suspension was confirmed and the vehicle and the driver, Hartdegen were detained. The driver, Shauntell Hartdegen was found to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for Patterson Police Department. She was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where she was booked and incarcerated.
