A St. Landry Parish sex crime is transferred to another district judge.
When Shawn Kline asked Clerk of Court Charles Jagneaux the reason for that transfer last week, he was told the information was sealed due to a court order signed on February 7th, sealing all sex crimes in St. Landry Parish.
Today, a pair of judges respond to public records requests- stating in detail why the case was transferred; something they've ordered the clerk not to do.
Shawn Kline will have the complete story tonight at 10.
