McNeese offers small business seminar

LAKE CHARLES, La. (AP) - A seminar on starting and financing a small business is planned Aug. 4 at the Burton Business Center on the campus of McNeese State University.
Scheduled from 5-7:30 p.m., the seminar is sponsored by the Louisiana Small Business Development Center at McNeese.
Cost is $10 and preregistration is requested. Topics include writing a business plan, sources of funding, understanding banking and entrepreneurship.
