THIBODAUX, La. (AP) - The Mannings are together again for their
football camp in south Louisiana, where former Saints quarterback
Archie Manning says life has been a bit awkward since his old team
defeated his son Peyton's Colts in the Super Bowl.
Archie says the family is happy for New Orleans, but they've
been unable to share in the months of celebrations since the
Saints' first title.
While Peyton and brother Eli aren't partying with the Who-Dats,
they are still trying to help the area where they grew up. The two
QBs recently filmed a public service announcement to promote
restoration of the oil-marred Gulf of Mexico.
The Manning Passing Academy is in its 15th year at Nicholls
State in Thibodaux, about 60 miles southwest of New Orleans.
