Man who allegedly lassoed bar patron facing aggravated battery charges

The man who allegedly brought a lassoed a man after bringing his horse to a Scott bar is now facing aggravated battery charges.

Jeremy Mouton was initially charged with second-degree battery for allegedly lassoing a 47-year-old patron of Cowboys Saloon and dragging him through the business's parking lot. According to a bill of information filed in district court, prosecutors are calling the horse and the lasso Mouton allegedly used as two separate dangerous weapons, resulting in the two aggravated battery counts.

Mouton also faces several other charges, including public intimidation and remaining after forbidden.
