Man takes pizza, goes to jail

MONROE, La. (AP) - Monroe police have arrested a man who refused to pay for his pizzas.
Police say Shaba A. Gorham allegedly took two pizzas from a Dominos delivery driver Wednesday night, when into his home and didn't come out again
The driver told police he knocked on the door to collect the $25.29 for the pizzas, but he never got an answer.
When police arrived, Gorham denied ordering the pizza. According to the arrest affidavit, police say they saw 2 pizza boxes on the kitchen table.
The News-Star reports Gorham was booked with theft of goods.
It could not be determined if Gorham has an attorney.
