Man shot in Taco Bell parking lot out of hospital

A 23-year-old man who was shot and injured over the weekend in a fast food restaurant parking lot has been released from a hospital. The shooting happened on Sunday, July 1 around 2:30 a.m. at Taco Bell at 2406 West Congress St. Frederick Joseph, 19, died in the shooting. Anyone with information on the shooter is asked to call Lafayette Police at 291-8600 or 232-TIPS.
