Man sentenced for having child porn

LAKE CHARLES, La. (AP) - A 36-year-old Lake Charles man has been sentenced to more than 12 years in federal prison in a child pornography case.
In a news release, U.S. Attorney Stephanie A. Finley said Christopher Dean Moore was sentenced Thursday by U.S. District Judge Patricia Minaldi to 151 months in prison and lifetime supervised release. He pleaded guilty in March to one count of receiving child pornography.
Court documents stated more than 2,000 images of hard-core pornography involving children as young as 3 were found on his computer by investigators.
