Man Pleads Guilty to Vehicular Homicide

VIDALIA, La. - The driver of a vehicle that struck and
killed Concordia Parish sheriff's deputy has pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide.
The Natchez Democrat reports 31-year-old Joseph Drummer entered his plea Wednesday and was sentenced to 10 years of hard labor.
Drummer had previously pleaded not guilty to the charge.
On May 16, Drummer was driving eastbound on La. Highway 568 when he attempted to turn left onto Highway 900, colliding with motorcycle driven by Deputy John Mott.
