Man Indicted in Connection with 2010 Murder Wanted by Authorities

A Lafayette grand jury Thursday indicted a man on second-degree murder charges. According to police, Kenneth Ray Batiste shot Randall Clemons to death in October of 2010 in an apartment complex parking lot. Investigators said they believe the shooting was drug-related.
