GRETNA, La. (AP) - A Gretna man has been indicted in the killings of a teenager, her toddler and another boy and the wounding of an 11-year-old girl.
The attacks took place in a Terrytown apartment in the New Orleans area on April 11, 2009.
Prosecutors say 18-year-old Dominique Davis faces three counts of second-degree murder in the killings of 19-year-old Dominique Sterling, 23-months-old Robert Claiborne and 6-year-old Four Oversteet. Davis also was indicted on an attempted second-degree murder charge. All of the victims were shot.
Davis already was being held in the killing of a Gretna man in January 2009. Trial in that case is set for next week.
Davis' bond is set at $3.8 million.
