Man Found in Iberia Parish Drainage Canal

The Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office responded to a person found in a drainage canal on Hwy 89 in Iberia Parish at 7 pm Sunday night. The victim has been identified as 61 year old, Gordon J. Hebert. An autopsy has been ordered by the coroner and the sheriff's office is continuing their investigation. The cause of death has not yet been determined.
