A New Iberia man is back in jail following a wreck in 2006 that killed a mother and her daughter.

17-year-old Jessica Lyons and 47-year-old Judith Groff were killed in that crash.

Brad Badeaux was given a year in jail and was let out early because of good behavior.

Today, a parole officer recommended Badeaux's sentence be revoked for unknown reasons.

However, the judge refused and changed Badeaux's parole to 90 days hard labor and enrollment in a substance abuse program.
