Man Charged with Having Sexually Explict Web Chat with Teen Decoy

A Montegut man is in the Franklin City Jail on multiple charges after he allegedly had a sexually explicit conversation with a police decoy. Investigators say 39-year-old Patrick Pellegrin logged into a chat room and spoke with an officer posing as a 15-year-old girl. Pellegrin also allegedly sent the decoy nude photos of himself. He is being held without bond.
