BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - Baton Rouge police say they've arrested a man involved in a 2010 shooting death.
Police say 18-year-old Demarcus Davis was riding in a car on Sept. 4, 2010 when another passenger in the vehicle shot and killed Darius Byrd.
The Advocate reports an arrest warrant says Davis and four other men in the car went looking for Byrd because the victim had allegedly stolen a gun from one of the men.
Davis was booked Wednesday on one count each of principal to second-degree murder and principal to illegal use of a weapon.
Cpl. Thomas Stubbs says additional arrests in Byrd's death are expected.
It couldn't be determined if Davis had an attorney.
