Man Arrested for Sex Crime and Holding Victim Against Her Will

Crowley Police have arrested Patrick James Guillory, 21 of Crowley. Guillory has been charged with Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile, Simple Battery and False Imprisonment. He has been booked into the Acadia Parish Jail.

The incident stems from a complaint which occurred on August 22nd. During the investigation, it was determined that Guillory was involved in sexual relations with a 15 year old female. During the time they were together, Guillory became upset and struck the victim. The victim then proceeded to leave, but was not allowed to by Guillory. After a short period of time, the victim was allowed to leave and reported the incident to police.

Note: The sexual relations between Guillory and the 15 year old victim was consensual.
