Man arrested after neighbor shot to death

NEW ORLEANS (AP) - New Orleans police have arrested a 25-year-old man on charges of second-degree murder in the death of his neighbor.
Police arrested 25-year-old Darryl Sterling on Monday. They say he shot 29-year-old Ricky Randolph on Friday after an argument between the neighboring families.
Detectives say Sterling was questioned at the police department headquarters, confessed to the shooting and was arrested.
It was not immediately known whether Sterling had an attorney.
