TERRYTOWN, La. (AP) - A Jefferson Parish man has been accused of
attempted murder after authorities say he threatened his neighbor
with a gun and tried to run over him with a car after the two men
argued over chickens.
Johnny Do, of Terrytown, was booked Saturday with attempted
second-degree murder.
The 55-year-old Do is accused of attacking Anthony Najera with a
revolver and trying to run over Najera with a car. The
Times-Picayune said Najera was not injured.
