Man accused of swiping fuel from pump stations

HOUMA, La. (AP) - A Thibodaux man has been accused of stealing nearly $10,000 worth of diesel fuel from four Terrebonne Parish flood control pump stations.
Sheriff's deputies say 31-year-old Dale Massey also is suspected in a school burglary in Houma and the attempted burglary of a shed owned by the Evangeline Business Park in Gray.
The Courier reported that Massey was arrested last week and remained jailed Wednesday in lieu of $600,000 bond.
It's not known if he has an attorney.
