Man Accused of Stabbing Son Goes on Trial Starting Today

Newman Thibodeaux, the man accused of stabbing his son, Keith Thibodeaux, in the stomach earlier this year at the Belaire Cove Crawfish Etoufee cookoff in Ville Platte, goes on trial starting today in Ville Platte starting at 9am. Jury selection was held yesterday (Tuesday).
