A St. Martin Parish man is accused of harboring his 16-year-old girlfriend who ran away from home. Coy James Borel, 23, is accused of hiding Lexy Jones, of Duson. "Investigators confirm that prior to leaving her home on June 21, 2012 the teen had a dispute with her parents. Some telephone contact with teen confirms that she is not in immediate distress, though she is believed to be in the company of Borel who is wanted for three charges in Lafayette Parish," said Lafayette Sheriff's Captain Kip Judice.

Borel and Jones are believed to be in the Henderson or Cecilia areas in St Martin Parish and could be in Borel's 1996 Red Dodge pickup truck bearing Louisiana License Plate S785257, said Judice.
Anyone with information is asked to call Lafayette Crime Stoppers at 337-232-TIPS or your local police.
