LAKE CHARLES, La. (AP) - A 29-year-old has died three days after a police standoff followed a killing and other attacks in Lake Charles

Police tell the American Press that Felton Watson of Lake Charles died Saturday in a hospital where he was taken after suffering seizures during questioning on Tuesday.

In a statement Wednesday, police said he told investigators that he had swallowed large amounts of drugs.

Watson also reportedly pistol-whipped a motorist during a carjacking. The driver was treated for minor injuries.
