BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - Baton Rouge police say a 62-year-old Mamou man died when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed into a retaining wall on the I-10 Mississippi River bridge.
Police say Feryl Granger was pronounced dead at the scene on Monday.
His wife, 30-year-old Daina Rene Granger, was ejected from the motorcycle and suffered moderate injuries.
She was taken to Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Police say both riders were wearing helmets.
