LPSS New Centralized Registration for 2012-2013

The first Monday of each month, Superintendent of Lafayette Parish Schools visits GMA.
Today, Dr.Pat Cooper explain the Lafayette parish "one stop" centralized registration. It will take place on
Wednesday, July 25, 2012,
Wednesday, August 1, 2012,
Wednesday, August 8, 2012,
at Lerosen Elementary 516 East Pinhook Rd., Lafayette, La. 70501.
Parents are required to bring the child's birth certificate, social security card, last report card, immunization records and all documents needed for any additional services (i.e. Special Education, 504 Plans, medical needs, legal issues). The guardian's proof of residence (current utility bill) is also needed.
