Louisiana Begins Asian Carp Marketing Campaign

State officials are trying to control an exploding Asian Carp population.
They're not going to poison them as other states are doing. Instead, they're going to get the fish out of the water and onto you dinner plate.
Wildlife and fisheries has come up with a marketing plan to have the fish in stores in just a few short weeks. The name will be changed in Louisiana to "silver fin."
State officials say they would rather make the fish into an appetizing meal rather than poisoning them like other states have opted to do.
