Louisiana Baptist Convention Moving To Cajundome

The Louisiana Baptist Convention says its Youth Evangelism Conference is moving to Lafayette's Cajundome.
Organizers say the event has become too large and high-tech for the Rapides Parish Coliseum in Alexandria.
The coliseum has hosted the conference for 19 of its 22 years.
This year's event attracted about 5,000 people. Next year's goal is 8,000 people.
