Local Teen Continues Jeopardy! Journey

An Evangeline Parish high school student will make her second appearance on JEOPARDY! today. Catherine Briley, a student at Sacred Heart High School in Ville Platte, received a wild card berth into the semifinals of the Teen Tournament. She was the highest scorer of non-winners in the first round of the tournament, scoring $21,000 in her initial appearance. If Briley wins today's game, she will receive a slot in the final for a chance to win the grand prize of $75,000. You can watch the episode at 12:37 A. M. on KATC.
