Local Tea Party Supporters at Baton Rouge Protest

Residents from Rayne and Scott said they made the trip to Baton Rouge to show support for less government and free healthcare because they say the protests are getting government to finally listen.

The Baton Rouge Tea Party protested on the Capitol steps today to outline their Legislative priorities for the session. They were joined by other Tea Parties from across the state in an effort to show that the will of the people is not something to be ignored.
