Living Right Health Expo 2013

Our Lady of Lourdes and KATC are teaming up for the first annual Living Right Health Expo 2013 to be held at the Cajundome Convention Center on Saturday, January 19. The time of the event is not set but it will probably be from 9a.m. until 1p.m. Living Right is a partnership with KATC and Our Lady of Lourdes to provide health tips and services to consumers to help them live healthier and longer lives. The Health Expo we will be set up like a traditional expo with booths providing a variety of health screenings and health information. In addition to the booths, there will be several breakout sessions on big health topics.
This year's event will focus on 4 of the top New Year's resolutions consumers make each year:
· Quit Smoking
· Eat Healthier
· Exercise more
· Loose weight
