LIHEAP Energy Help for Louisiana

There's more than 884-thousand dollars in emergency funds available in Louisiana to help low income residents with heating and cooling costs. Each state is getting money from the federal government. In total, Congress appropriated $5.1 billion for LIHEAP in Fiscal Year 2010.
