Jeff Larcade's attorney has filed a not guilty, written plea with the Lafayette Parish Court for his video voyeurism charge. Larcade worked for Lafayette Consolidated Government as a planner in the department of "planning, zoning and codes."

In July, police were called to the Clifton Chenier Center on West Willow Street.
That's where an employee discovered a camera, duct taped to the inside of a urinal.
The employee took the camera out, searched through it's memory card and found several videos and photographs of other employees using the bathroom.

In an affidavit obtained by KATC, in July, police said Larcade confessed to putting the camera in the urinal, at the time. Larcade has been on administrative leave from LCG, pending the investigation.

The written plea serves in lieu of an official arragnment and was filed on October 6th. Larcade's next court date is a pretrial on December 15th in Lafayette Parish Criminal Court.
