LC Wife arrested for murder after calling 911

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office has arrested a woman in connection to a murder in Lake Charles.
On December 21, at approximately 7:00 a.m., officers were dispatched to 5763 California Trail in Lake Charles, after receiving a 911 call from Darlene I. Sias, 52, who stated she found her husband unresponsive in their home.
When deputies arrived they discovered Joseph Sias, 62, in his bedroom fatally wounded. After further investigation, Darlene Sias was arrested in connection with the murder of Joseph Sias and charged with 2nd degree murder. The murder appears to be the result of a domestic dispute, but the investigation is ongoing.
Sias was booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with 2nd degree murder.
