TS Debby moving slowly NE at about 6 mph, sustained winds of 60mph. A Tropical Storm Warning remains in effect for Pearl River to Morgan City until further notice. Tropical Storm force winds and heavy rain across the NE Gulf coast. The center is about 190 miles ESE of the mouth of the Mississippi.
