Larry John Snyder Bond-Reduction Granted

In Pointe Coupee Parish, bond is reduced for a man accused of killing his girlfriend earlier this year.
Authorities say Larry Snyder kidnapped Davina Chapman from a bar near Krotz Springs, then killed her.
Last month, Snyder was denied bond-reduction when prosecutors claimed he was a flight risk.
However, today a judge did reduce the $1 million bond to $250,000.
The judge ruled that if Snyder posts bond, he will be forced to wear a tracking device around his ankle.
