Lake Charles Man Charged with Breaking into Senior Citizen Center

A Lake Charles man is charged with burglary and theft after he allegedly broke into a Lake Charles establishment. Calcasieu Parish sheriff's deputies responded to an alarm at the Senior Citizen Center on 15th Street early Monday morning. Deputies say they found the suspect, 48-year-old Lloyd Thomas, asleep in the restroom. He was booked into the Calcasieu Parish Jail.
