Lafayette Tire Collection Saturday

LCG will be collecting old tires from any resident in Lafayette Parish on Saturday, July 10 at the Martin Luther King Center from 8 a.m. until. It's free to drop tires if you possess a Louisiana driver's license.
Tires are an excellent breeding ground for mosquitoes, which makes them a threat to human and animal health (West Nile Virus, etc.).
Old tires on property are worthless, and only create problems. People need to get them off their property to make for a safer neighborhood/community.
