Lafayette Parish OWI Checkpoint Results

During the course of the operation 727 vehicles passed through the checkpoint located in the 3900 West Congress Street. Of those vehicles, 11 drivers were stopped for secondary testing. A total of 5 drivers were arrested and charged with OWI. Below is a list of the individuals arrested.
1. Burl R. Cannon III (33) - OWI
2. Sanchez O. Dominguez (23) - OWI
3. Blye J. Barras (33) - OWI
4. Tyronne J. Bonnet (24) - OWI
5. Meagan Diamond (22) - OWI
In addition to the above arrests, officers also made two addition arrest or illegal drug violations.
1. Trishema Girouard (22) Possession of Marijuana
2. Keelan R. Boudoin (22) Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
