Lafayette Fire Dept. investigating The Recycling Foundation fire

Lafayette Fire Dept. investigators are talking to witnesses who were in the area when The Recycling Foundation, on Guidry. St., caught on fire. Fire department spokesperson Alton Trahan says they're canvassing the neighborhood as part of their investigation into figuring out how the first started. The fire, on Guidry St., damaged three buildings.
The foundation isn't accepting recyclables just yet, but trucks are running. It should start accepting items with two to three days.
