Andrew Perrin of Perrin & Associates Architecture was recently appointed by City-Parish President Joey Durel to be his representative on the L.I.N.C. (Lafayette in the Next Century) Citizens Planning Commission. Among the many goals, the L.I.N.C. Comprehensive Plan looks to improve direction and focus on current and future community needs, consider costs and benefits of long-range planning and improved government services and efficiency. Perrin is the principal architect with Perrin and Associates Architecture, a full service architecture firm providing both commercial and residential design, and specializing in multi-family housing and hospitality architecture. Perrin said, "I am delighted and honored to receive this appointment. I have enjoyed living in Lafayette all of my life and am now happy to be able to give back to the city by helping to plan for a better future."
