Lady Cajuns basketball goes pink for breast cancer awareness

Komen Acadiana is proud to announce the first Lady Cajuns Basketball Pink Night. The Lady Cajuns will host Western Kentucky on February 23rd, 5 PM at the Cajundome in a Pink Night to bring awareness to the community about breast health.

All attendees are encouraged to wear pink to the game in support of breast cancer awareness. The Lady Cajuns also support the fundraising efforts of Komen Acadiana. Each individual who raises $100 before February 21 will be entered into a drawing for a pair of tickets to the Western Kentucky game on February 23. All funds raised provide breast health education, screening, and treatment as well as national research to find a cure.

Komen Acadiana's vision is a world without breast cancer. Komen's promise is to save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering people, ensuring quality of care for all, and energizing science to find the cures.
