LA Marine Dies in Afghanistan

HONOLULU (AP) - The Department of Defense has announced the
death of another Hawaii-based Marine in Afghanistan.
The DOD said Thursday that 23-year-old Cpl. Joe L. Wrightsman of
Jonesboro, La., died Sunday while supporting combat operations in
Helmand province.
Wrightsman was assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine
Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force,
Kaneohe Bay.
