Krewe of Carnivale en Rio Party Scheduled For Feb 5th

The Krewe of Carnivale en Rio is taking its Mardi Gras celebration to the next level.
The krewe's parade "Rio Parada" is set for February 6th. The night before, Rio will party in Lafayette's Parc Sans Souci which is free and open to the public.
The downtown party will kick off at 5:30 PM and end at 10 PM with fireworks.

and the Rio Corte Real of 2010

9:45-10:00 p.m………………….Fireworks Display
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2010
6:30 p.m……………………..Krewe of Carnivale en Rio 5th Annual Brazilian
Parada with 22 Brazilian themed floats and area
high school marching bands.
9:30 p.m……………………..Party Downtown Lafayette. Numerous venues.
