Preparations are under way as President Barack Obama plans to speak at the UNO Rec Center today. The President will be discussing the recovery efforts after Hurricane Katrina and what still needs to be done four years after the storm devastated the city and the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
KATC's Marcelle Fontenot, Jon Carrere and Jim Hummel is in New Orleans covering the days activities.
