At which point the suspect handed the cashier an ID and in return she activated the gas pump. The suspect then went to his truck and began fueling. Once he completed fueling he walked back into the store to the beer cooler and grabbed a case of beer.. The cashier advised after he finished his shopping he approached the counter, took his identification and began walking to his truck. When the cashier noticed the suspect was not in the store she ran out to his truck to ask for payment for the gas and beer. The cashier advised when the suspect noticed the cashier approaching the vehicle he advised her to back off are he would kill her at which point she observed a black semi-automatic pistol pointed at her. The cashier immediately ran back inside the store and called the Kaplan Police Department.
