Kaplan Police capture escapee

Fred Allen Boutin is facing steeper charges after Kaplan Police say he pushed officer and took off during transport.
Authorities say Boutin was originally arrested on a traffic violation, and being held on a probation and parole violation.
Boutin took off around 10am but was captured around 2:30pm. He is now facing simple escape charges.
