Jindal stumps for GOP candidate Rick Perry in Iowa

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - Gov. Bobby Jindal was spending the last hours leading to the Iowa caucuses in the state making his pitch for Texas Gov. Rick Perry's candidacy for the GOP nomination.
Jindal headed to Iowa on Monday. The Louisiana governor's office says Jindal traveled to multiple campaign stops with Perry on Monday and Tuesday, hoping to boost Perry's support in the state.
The Iowa caucuses Tuesday night are the first ballots cast of the 2012 presidential race and will help determine which Republican candidate will be the party nominee to challenge President Barack Obama.
