BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal has sent his Indiana counterpart a New Orleans Saints flag to fly at that state's capitol building, as part of a Super Bowl bet.
In a letter sent Wednesday, Jindal told Gov. Mitch Daniels that he looks forward to receiving a photo showing where Daniels chose to fly the black-and-gold Saints flag, after New Orleans beat the Indianapolis Colts in the Super Bowl last weekend.
The two leaders had wagered that the losing team's home state governor would fly the flag of the winning team near the state capitol.
