BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - A few hours after announcing $107
million in budget cuts across state agencies, Gov. Bobby Jindal headed to a Pennsylvania fundraiser.
The governor's office says Jindal traveled Friday to Pittsburgh
to help raise money for Republican Tom Corbett's campaign for
governor.
A day earlier, Jindal was in Houston to raise money for a GOP
congressional candidate.
The Louisiana governor has been a frequent traveler during the
fall campaign season. He's been stumping for GOP candidates and
attending Republican fundraisers in Florida, Missouri, California,
Texas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, New Hampshire and Georgia.
He also met with GOP governors in Ohio and New York.
