Jennings Fatal Shooting

On 1-06-10 around 1007 PM Jennings Police Department received a call of a person being shot at 431 King St. Upon arrivals Officer's determined Alan West, 431 King St. Jennings LA, 34 years old had been shot once. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Jennings PD currently has little information to go on and is asking the public for assistance. Please contact The Jennings Police Department or the Jefferson Davis Sheriff's office with any information.

Jennings PD was assisted by the Jefferson Davis Sheriff's Office and Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office Forensic Investigation Unit.
